Mr. Pazer is a former President of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. He maintains his membership in this organization presently and is active as a Lecturer Emeritus with the New York State Trial Lawyers Association’s Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Program. Mr. Pazer is also a member of the New York County Lawyers Association, New York State Bar Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

Mr. Pazer was the c reator and original Editor-in-Chief for Decisions - A Yearly Compendium of New York State Decisional Law , an annual legal publication. He is also an active Editor for Bill of Particulars , a monthly magazine exploring contemporary issues in personal injury law.
